By accessing or using GeoFabric, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
You may use the service only in compliance with these terms and all applicable laws. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it beyond your plan's limits, or use it to make decisions about a person in a manner prohibited by law.
Match scores, recommendations, and competitive analysis are based on publicly available federal data and are provided for informational purposes only. GeoFabric does not guarantee contract outcomes, and all data is subject to the accuracy and timeliness of its underlying public sources. You are responsible for independently verifying information before acting on it.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GeoFabric is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
