The problem

Why this is hard today.

Before award, and before you take on a subcontractor, someone has to check SAM.gov exclusions — and often OIG, OFAC and export-control lists too. Doing it list by list is slow, and the evidence ends up as screenshots.

A check that doesn’t say what it searched, or when that list was last updated, is hard to defend later.

How GovFabric does it

What you get, screen by screen.

  1. 01

    One check, many lists

SAM.gov exclusions, the OIG LEIE, OFAC SDN, the Consolidated Screening List, EPA ECHO enforcement and California Medi-Cal suspensions, searched together.

  2. 02

    Says what it couldn’t check

Sources we don’t cover yet — other states’ Medicaid lists, OSHA, FAPIIS — are listed as not checked on every result, instead of being silently skipped.

  3. 03

A screening record for your file

Download a PDF listing what each source returned, when it was last updated, how the company was matched, with a record ID and content hash.
