When you create an account we collect the information you provide — such as your name, email address, company name, and billing details. As you use the product we collect usage data, including searches you run, entities you view, and saved alerts, so we can deliver and improve the service.
GeoFabric organizes information sourced from public government records, including SAM.gov, USAspending.gov, federal and state registries, and exclusion databases. This public data is not personal information you provide to us, and we present it for informational purposes only.
We use the information we collect to operate and secure the service, personalize matches and recommendations, communicate with you about your account, process payments, and comply with our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
We share information with service providers who help us run the business — such as hosting, analytics, and payment processors — under agreements that limit their use of it. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights.
You can access, update, or delete your account information at any time from your account settings, or by contacting us. You may opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any message.
