What it costs, where the data comes from, what we don't cover yet, and what we do with yours.
There is a free plan, and two paid plans: Starter $49/month and Pro $99/month. Paid plans are billed monthly.
Compare plans →Unlimited partner verification when signed in, 5 opportunity searches and 3 company profiles a day, the bid pipeline tracker and CSV exports of up to 100 rows. No credit card is needed to sign up.
No. Every paid plan is month-to-month — no annual contract, no cancellation fee, no notice period. Annual billing is available on request, but it is opt-in and never required.
Cancel from your account settings at any time. You keep access through the end of the billing period you have paid for.
CSV exports are capped per plan: 100 / 1,000 / 5,000 rows on Free / Starter / Pro.
Only public government records: SAM.gov Opportunities, SAM.gov Entity Registrations, SAM.gov Exclusions, USAspending.gov Contract Awards, USAspending Sub-Awards, FPDS-NG Contract Actions, OFAC SDN List, OIG LEIE, EPA ECHO, FDA Debarment List, Consolidated Screening List, SBA Size Standards, SBIR/STTR Awards, SEC EDGAR Officers, Agency Procurement Forecasts, State Medicaid Exclusion Lists.
Every source and its last sync →Each source is refreshed by its own pipeline on a published schedule — SAM.gov opportunities daily, contract awards, sub-awards and forecasts weekly, most exclusion lists weekly or monthly. The data page shows the last successful update for every source, and figures across the site carry their as-of date.
See source status →About two years of federal contract awards from USAspending.gov, refreshed weekly. We do not offer a decade of history.
Notices posted on SAM.gov. Agency-specific portals, GSA eBuy task orders, grants and state and local bids are not covered.
Records linked by UEI or CAGE are treated as matches. Lists that only publish names (such as EPA enforcement, OFAC and export-control lists) are shown as possible matches for you to review — never stated as findings about a named company.
Officer and director names come from SEC insider filings, which only publicly traded companies make. Most federal contractors are private, so most have no officer records here; results say so rather than reporting them as clear.
No. Contractor checks, the market pages for every NAICS code and agency, contractor profiles and the weekly recompete briefing are public. An account adds opportunity search with match scores, the recompete tracker, the pipeline and exports.
See what each plan is for →Pro includes API keys (120 requests a minute per key) and an MCP server for AI agents. The contractor-check endpoint is open to everyone without a key.
API documentation →Not yet. Alerts you set up are evaluated nightly and their matches appear in the app; email delivery is coming.
No. GovFabric finds and qualifies work, tracks recompetes and competitors, and screens partners. It does not draft proposals today.
No. GovFabric, Inc. is a private company and is not affiliated with SAM.gov, the U.S. government or any federal agency. Match scores and analysis are informational and don’t guarantee contract outcomes.
We use your account details and usage to run the service and personalize matches. We do not sell personal information. Sign-in is handled by Clerk and card payments by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
Privacy policy →No. A contractor check documents an automated screen of public lists — what each source returned and when it was last updated. It is not a certification or legal determination; confirm anything material against the source.
Email hello@govfabric.com. There is no sales call required to sign up or to cancel.
