The Recompete Tracker's vulnerability score (0–100): a base of 20 plus points for active exclusions linked to the incumbent's UEI, an expiry within 90/180 days and a single offer last time. Name-only matches (such as EPA enforcement) are never used here. Ranked from the tracker's first 100 rows; one entry per corporate family.

Methodology

Sources: USAspending.gov; SAM.gov exclusions; DHS Acquisition Planning Forecast System (APFS); Acquisition Gateway Forecasts.

Filters: The Recompete Tracker's default view: contracts whose final end date (options included) falls between now and 18 months out, with at least $250,000 obligated; all agencies, NAICS codes and set-aside types.

Before those filters (the full recompete window) the next-90-day slice is 120,641 contracts / $199.5B; the minimum-value filter removes small delivery and task orders that would otherwise dominate the count.

Value is the obligated amount on the expiring award as reported to USAspending; the follow-on award may differ.

Recompete date is the final end date with all options exercised (USAspending potential end date), not the current period end.

Most vulnerable incumbents: the Recompete Tracker's vulnerability ranking (its first 100 rows), one entry per corporate family; contracts without an identified incumbent are excluded.

Incumbents are shown under their corporate family (USAspending parent); each links to the registration that holds the contract.

Open forecasts: forecast records whose estimated release date is today or later, or not stated. New: first seen in the last 7 days.

Built only from public federal data (USAspending.gov, SAM.gov and agency procurement forecasts). No customer or account data is used.
